Wham Clinics are clinics you seek for Health, Beauty & Aesthetic medicine. Wham have third party booking system for the medical sector. Using APIs and Webhook two way integration has been developed. The main challenge they were facing was the lead generation and having a 360 view for their customers so Using Zoho and its integrations capabilities we successfully now can manage lead generations from multiple events are pushed to the CRM also from multiple channels as Sales IQ, Social Media. Then the booking cycle with the third party booking system integration we managed to track all the bookings for the existing customers and being connected through multiple channels.
